Phase 03

Mobilization & Build

Materials arrive. Crews dispatch. Site protection is installed. Our project managers oversee daily operations, ensuring code compliance at every inspection. Weekly reports keep you informed of progress, blockers, and financial status.

Phase 04

Turnover & Warranty

White-glove cleaning. Systems training. We hand over the keys only when the finish meets the Civic Standard. Includes our comprehensive workmanship warranty and post-occupancy check-ins.
